Hourly Digital Design


This service is designed for secondary or transitional areas—think lofts, nurseries, reading nooks, playrooms, or guest corners—that need thoughtful design without the scope of a full-service project. What’s Included: -Style direction and curated mood board -Space planning and layout suggestions -Detailed product sourcing list -Designer-led recommendations -Photorealistic 3D renderings -One round of design revisions Pricing: $125 per hour 3-hour minimum per space ($375 flat rate) Additional hours billed as needed A non-refundable deposit of $375 is required to initiate the design process. This covers the first 3 hours of design time. Any additional hours will be invoiced separately at the hourly rate. Next Steps After Booking Once you've booked online and submitted the deposit, you’ll receive an email with a link to your personalized client portal (via HoneyBook). Through the portal, you’ll be able to upload the following materials: -Recent photos of the space, captured from multiple angles -Accurate room dimensions (length x width, and ceiling height if available) -Any inspiration images, mood boards, or saved links (Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) These materials ensure a design that’s both personalized and precisely tailored to your space. Project Timeline Design concepts are typically delivered within 10 business days of receiving all required materials through the client portal. Revisions are completed within 3–5 business days after feedback is submitted. Please note: timelines may vary slightly depending on project complexity or active client queue. You’ll be notified in advance if additional time is needed. Revision Policy This service includes one round of design revisions after the initial concept is delivered. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate of $125/hour. Revisions are intended to refine and enhance the design direction—not to completely rework it—so please be as specific as possible when submitting your initial preferences and inspiration.


Cancellation Policy

Design Work and Refunds: Once the design work has started, the service fee is non-refundable. You will be notified via email when the design process begins. If the design work has not started, you are eligible for a full refund by emailing me or canceling your appointment through the confirmation email. Refunds will be issued in full, minus any applicable credit card processing fees. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Zoom Calls: To cancel or reschedule our Zoom call, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. This policy ensures clarity and a smooth process for both parties and helps maintain a professional working relationship. Thank you for your understanding!
