Let’s create the perfect home office together! Simply send me your house plan PDF, cabinetry drawings, inspiration images, wishlist, and any preferred colors or wallpapers. I’ll prepare a 3D rendering and share a preview with you before our 60-minute video call to ensure we’re aligned. During the call, I’ll make live edits, finalize the design, and send you a Dropbox link with all completed renderings and cabinetry drawings. What’s Included: 3D Design: You provide the floor plans and inspiration; I’ll create a detailed 3D model of your home office, capturing layout, lighting, finishes, and more. Dimensioned Cabinetry Plans: Precise 2D and 3D drawings you can hand directly to your builder or cabinet maker. Photorealistic Renderings: High-quality visuals from every angle, including up to 3 color and finish combinations. Dropbox Link: A shareable Dropbox folder with all renderings and drawings for download and reference. Step 1 – Submit Your Plans & Schedule an Intro Call After booking online, you’ll receive an email from me with a link to your Client Portal (HoneyBook). This is where you’ll upload a PDF of dimensioned floor plans (no hand-drawn layouts) so I can prep your 3D model. You’ll also use the portal to share your plans, specifications, ideas, and inspiration images. If you’re renovating without formal plans, you can use the Canvas.io app to scan your space and order 2D floor plans. Once I’ve reviewed your submission, I’ll send you a link to book a 15-minute Intro Call so we can align before I begin your design. Step 2 – Initial Design With your input, I’ll create the initial design. If I need more details, I’ll reach out—otherwise, you’ll receive a Dropbox folder with the first draft to review. Step 3 – Revisions & Final Renderings We’ll meet via Zoom to walk through any changes, which I’ll implement in real-time. Once finalized, I’ll provide photorealistic renderings and a Dropbox link with all final designs and documentation.
