I’ll prepare a rendering and share a preview with you before our 60-minute video call to ensure we're aligned. During the call, I’ll make live edits, then finalize the design and provide you with an online photo gallery of the completed renderings. What's Included: -Photorealistic images of every angle -Fully dimensioned 2D drawings -A Dropbox link with all final renderings and designs **One hour bonus call for revisions** Step 1 - Submit Your Plans & Schedule an Intro Call You will receive an email from me with instructions to send a PDF of dimensioned floor plans (no hand-drawn layouts) to help me prepare your 3D model. If you're doing a renovation without architect plans, use the Canvas.io app to scan your space and order 2D floor plans. You can learn more about the app and download it for iPhone Pro or iPad Pro here. Once I’ve reviewed your plans, I’ll send you a link to book a 15-minute Intro Call. This will give you access to your Client Portal, where we can communicate and share files. Please upload your plans, specifications, ideas, and inspiration images to the portal to ensure I have everything I need for your project. Step 2 - Initial Design Once I have your input, I’ll create an initial design. I'll reach out if I have any questions, and then upload the design to a Dropbox folder for your review. Step 4 - Revisions & Renderings After reviewing your design, we'll meet on Zoom to discuss any revisions, which I’ll implement in real-time. Then, I’ll create photorealistic renderings of the final design and provide a website gallery with all renderings and designs for you to download and share.
